Program Manager - School Partnerships

About the role

This high‑ownership, execution‑first position is responsible for building and scaling school counselling programmes for a leading college‑counselling firm in Pakistan. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensure consistent quality across partner schools and create systems that enable seamless operational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end programme delivery across multiple partner schools, maintaining consistent execution and quality.
• Manage schedules, calendars and day‑to‑day operations for all schools.
• Serve as primary point of contact for school leadership, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Oversee counsellor allocation, performance monitoring and accountability.
• Ensure timely completion of sessions, reports and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain MIS dashboards, reporting tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop SOPs and scalable workflows to support rapid growth.
• Lead onboarding and launch of new partner schools.
• Conduct regular quality audits and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong operator with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and execution‑driven.
• Comfortable managing multi‑site operations and multiple stakeholders.
• Data‑driven with ability to translate insights into action.
• High ownership and accountability.
