Project Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

Cornerstone Architects & Engineers is looking for a motivated Project Architect to lead design and documentation for a variety of projects. You will work on residential, commercial, institutional and mixed‑use developments from concept through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and produce construction documentation for diverse project types.
• Develop concept, schematic, design development and construction drawings.
• Create detailed plans, elevations, sections, details and specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM and other engineering disciplines.
• Review drawings for quality, constructability and code compliance.
• Attend client meetings and integrate feedback into design deliverables.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, ensuring project milestones are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an HEC‑recognized university.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Registration with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
