Project Coordinator

About the role

Zones is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT deployment projects for its top‑tier clients. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination of deployment processes, meeting service level agreements, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment processes across multiple internal teams using tools such as CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow.
• Manage order processing, quality checks, shipment status monitoring, and schedule changes.
• Maintain and update client dashboards, Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel reports.
• Drive demand‑planning activities in Kinaxis, including order and internal change management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve ambiguities and prioritize competing tasks.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making independent decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis and ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience using Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
