Project Coordinator – Rice Distribution Program

About the role

HADI is launching a four‑month rice distribution program in three tehsils of Rajanpur, Pakistan, to support 6,000 vulnerable families. The organization is recruiting a Project Coordinator, Finance Manager, three Field Coordinators (one per tehsil) and a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer to ensure transparent, accountable and gender‑sensitive delivery of Basmati‑1121 and Irri‑6 rice.

Key responsibilities

• Project Coordinator: lead field operations, oversee beneficiary selection, manage the Complaint Response Mechanism and produce donor reports.
• Finance Manager: administer the project budget, ensure compliance with donor financial requirements, handle audits and maintain transparent payment records.
• Field Coordinators (3): mobilize communities, verify beneficiary lists, supervise distribution events and collect monitoring data.
• M&E Officer: design and implement monitoring tools, analyse data, and document outcomes for donor visibility.

Required profile

• Project Coordinator: Master’s degree in Social Sciences or Development Studies; 5+ years humanitarian project experience; strong leadership and reporting abilities.
• Finance Manager: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; 5+ years managing donor‑funded project finances; expertise in audits and financial accountability.
• Field Coordinators: Master’s degree preferred; 3+ years field‑level humanitarian experience; excellent community engagement skills.
• M&E Officer: relevant academic background; experience designing monitoring systems for humanitarian programmes.
