Project Coordinator – SAP Implementation (Finance)

About the role

We are looking for a structured, analytical Project Coordinator to support the SAP Finance implementation in Karachi. The role bridges local Finance, SAP consultants, and regional teams, ensuring smooth process mapping, data migration, testing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Finance‑related SAP implementation timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Organise workshops, blueprint sessions and status meetings; capture minutes and actions.
• Maintain the Finance RAID log and escalate issues to the SAP Finance Project Lead.
• Prepare weekly status reports covering progress, risks and actions.
• Document finance workflows (AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Costing) and map them to SAP FI/CO standards.
• Gather, clean and validate master data (COA, vendor/customer, assets, open items).
• Coordinate UAT activities, manage test scripts, track defects and support root‑cause analysis.
• Support change management by scheduling training, preparing user manuals and assisting finance team adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, ERP implementation, project coordination or SAP support.
• Good understanding of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets and financial reporting processes.
