Project Coordinator (Software Development)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will oversee software development projects from concept to delivery, acting as the bridge between clients and technical teams. You will ensure requirements are captured, plans are created, and milestones are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to define project scope, requirements and objectives.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to all stakeholders.
• Break down projects into actionable tasks, assign them to internal teams and manage schedules.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to remove blockers and keep timelines on track.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure standards are met.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
• Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable and able to work under pressure.
• Experience managing client relationships in stressful situations.

Required skills

• Full stack development knowledge (backend, frontend and database).
• Understanding of blockchain concepts (strong plus).
• Proficiency with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with software development life‑cycle (SDLC) models.
• Hands‑on experience with project management tools.
• Risk management and quality assurance awareness.
