Project Engineer (AutoCAD)

About the role

Urbanvate is seeking a Project Engineer to manage construction documentation, prepare technical drawings, and support project planning, scheduling, and coordination on-site in Faisalabad.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise shop drawings, as‑built drawings, site safety plans, and technical details using AutoCAD.
• Review architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Prepare material takeoffs, submittals, change orders, and RFIs while maintaining project logs.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, subcontractors, clients, and site teams.
• Develop two‑week look‑ahead schedules and support schedule updates in Primavera P6.
• Track project milestones, delays, manpower, site progress, and daily reports.
• Attend progress meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and assist with bid comparisons.
• Support punch lists, project closeout, warranties, and turnover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional experience with AutoCAD 2D drafting, detailing, layers, and sheet setup.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent English communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
