About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project focused on developing legal frameworks for emerging technologies. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to influence AI and data‑driven product strategies for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance throughout product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Strong background in technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Proven ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
