About the role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead a high‑impact project that shapes legal frameworks for emerging technologies. The role is fully remote and reports to a global leader in the technology, information, and internet sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies aligned with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to ensure compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑driven environments.

Required skills

• Expertise in technology law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Advanced contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and compliance frameworks.
