Project Lead – Legal & Tech Strategy (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Lead to shape legal frameworks for emerging technologies. The remote, full‑time position will guide the design and execution of compliance strategies for AI‑driven products, working with a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to embed legal compliance throughout development cycles.
• Lead risk‑assessment and mitigation activities for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and policy documents.
• Provide counsel on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI regulations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of legal experience, including 3+ years in project leadership.
• Proven track record managing complex legal projects in technology‑focused environments.
