Project Lead – Legal & Technology (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Project Lead to drive the creation and execution of legal frameworks for emerging technologies. This remote, full‑time position will work closely with product and engineering teams to embed compliance into cutting‑edge AI and data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement legal strategies that align with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure legal compliance throughout product development cycles.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for technology‑related legal challenges.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
• Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
• Strong background in technology law, especially data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations.
• Proven ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies for non‑legal stakeholders.
