Project Manager 1

About the role

The Project Manager 1 will lead project onboarding, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget. This role partners with client teams and internal stakeholders to drive improvements in speed, efficiency, cost, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding according to scope and SOW, gather requirements, and develop Playbooks and SOPs.
• Coordinate resource engagement, manage inventory and bill of materials, and drive project changes through IntelliPlan.
• Maintain client relationships, schedule meetings, obtain sign‑offs, and manage invoicing and escalations.
• Define and track measurable outcomes, manage inventory levels, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Prepare project closeout reports, present findings to senior management, and handle scope changes via Project Change Requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in program/project management, process engineering, or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
• Experience with supply chain and inventory management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• PMP certification (preferred).
• ITIL certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using project management software and IntelliPlan.
