Project Manager 2 – Drive IT Program Improvements

About the role

The Project Manager 2 will lead investigations into undefined areas, translate ambiguous requirements into clear scope, and deliver measurable improvements across the organization using PMO principles.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Identify, track and improve Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Provide weekly status reports covering service engagements, resource utilization, project status, risks, issue mitigation and portfolio health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
• Proven leadership of multiple projects and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• PMP or equivalent project management certification (ITIL preferred).
• Experience with project management software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
