Project Manager 2

About the role

The ideal candidate will bring intellectual curiosity, creativity, strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills to influence both business and technical leaders. You will lead investigations into ambiguous requirements, define scope, and deliver measurable outcomes using PMO principles. The role partners with senior stakeholders across product, purchasing, operations, IT, finance and sales to improve organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate strategy, plans and measurable objectives for programs and projects.
• Drive improvement of Key Process Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements.
• Ensure timely completion of project initiatives while managing scope, budget and schedule.
• Resolve 100% of tasks within appropriate time constraints through effective task management.
• Provide weekly status reports covering service engagements, resource utilization, project status, risks and issue mitigation.
• Maintain effective communication with multiple stakeholders, teams and executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• PMP, ITIL or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
• Proven leadership of a portfolio of programs, multiple projects and teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable strategies.
• Strong analytical skills using objective data to drive recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all organizational levels.
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand how things work.
