Project Manager – Civil Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction and site development projects from award through final closeout. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple civil construction projects, from contract review to final completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Track project costs, productivity, labor, equipment, subcontractor performance, and material expenditures.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and billing documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, owners, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and select vendors.
• Oversee daily activities with superintendents, field engineers, estimators, and operations teams.
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final inspections, as‑built documentation, warranties, and closeout packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of project management experience in civil construction or site development.
• Proven experience with earthwork, excavation, site grading, underground utilities, concrete work, and asphalt paving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
