Project Manager – Civil & MEP

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end execution of civil and MEP projects within a fuel‑station environment. You will be responsible for delivering new constructions, extensions, equipment changes and ground works while ensuring quality, cost, safety and compliance with HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project execution plans and identify key requirements.
• Engage and manage architects, designers and third‑party contractors.
• Lead teams and suppliers to meet Retail Contractor HSSE requirements.
• Control project spend, adjust forecasts and validate invoices.
• Supervise site activities, enforce hold‑point inspections and ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain cost control, schedule management and corrective actions.
• Deliver projects to SLA, quality standards and complete asset data registration.
• Provide regular progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project handover and supplier accreditation with the HSSE team.
• Manage the Permit to Work system, training and safe‑work culture.
• Assess equipment repair/replacement needs and recommend efficient solutions.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven individual able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Experience in fuel‑station or similar industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of project engineering and HSSE requirements.
• Ability to make decisions based on analysis and maintain stakeholder interests.
