About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects on‑site in Chilas. The role is full‑time and focuses on delivering projects on schedule while meeting client expectations and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor construction projects from inception to handover.
- Manage resources, budgets and timelines to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Oversee logistics, material expediting and transportation to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety and quality compliance.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- 15‑20 years of experience managing complex construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and solve problems under pressure.
