Project Manager – Construction Site (Chilas)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead all phases of construction projects at our Chilas site office, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective coordination among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and expediting to guarantee on‑time material delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Supervise on‑site teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to lead on‑site operations and manage large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the Chilas location.
