About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager – Growth to lead remote, cross‑functional initiatives for a global software and IT services leader. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact solutions on time and within budget while coordinating technical, product, and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate technical teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, document action items, and track issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology or software development projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative frameworks.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
