Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software projects. You will act as the bridge between engineering teams and clients, ensuring clear communication, on‑time delivery, and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agile project delivery with bi‑weekly sprints, retrospectives, and demo sessions.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and ongoing communication.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Track project budgets and ensure delivery stays within financial targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software project management experience.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Technical background sufficient to understand software architecture.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear.
• PMP certification or Scrum Master credential.
