Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will report to the Head of Technology and act as the primary resource for the service line, ensuring that all project aspects—from detailed work plans to resource allocation—are executed successfully. This full‑time position focuses on delivering Arwen Tech projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and coordinate implementation of technology projects, including business process and systems integration.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee the entire subcontracting process.
• Track project costs, forecasts, schedules, and billings, providing regular status updates to senior management.
• Prepare presentations, change orders, and project close‑out documentation.
• Lead project engineers, consultants, and coordinators, ensuring effective teamwork and delivery.
• Produce project management deliverables such as risk analysis reports, user acceptance test plans, and status dashboards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, preferably in technology services.
• Professional certification such as PMP.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
