Project Manager – MEP, HVAC & BMS

About the role

Pro‑S is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead MEP, HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) projects from initiation to hand‑over. The role is fully remote and requires strong planning, coordination and monitoring skills to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple MEP, HVAC and BMS projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and control project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, vendors and labour forces.
• Organise project planning meetings, progress reviews and client coordination sessions.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality and safety regulations.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and take corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Enforce Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum six years of experience managing complex MEP, HVAC and BMS projects.
• Proven ability to control budgets, timelines and resources.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with procurement, engineering and commercial departments.
