Project Manager – Mobile Gaming

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our mobile gaming team in Lahore. The role involves leading cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery, defining scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with Game Development, Art, Design, QA, Product and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality and health, proactively managing risks, blockers and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives, and ensure clear communication across teams and management.
• Prepare regular status reports, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in mobile gaming, game development, software or technology companies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities, able to handle multiple projects and competing priorities.
