Project Manager – Retail Execution Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution, coordination, and delivery governance of a large‑scale Retail Execution Platform. The role will guide the program from planning through build, stabilization, go‑live, and hypercare, ensuring strong control, transparency, and delivery discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall delivery planning and execution governance for the Retail Execution Platform.
• Establish and manage delivery cadence across squads, workstreams, and external dependencies.
• Track milestones, risks, blockers, and decisions, providing clear reporting on program health.
• Maintain momentum from readiness through go‑live and stabilization, defining sprint rhythms and delivery checkpoints.
• Build and operate a framework for risk, dependency, and issue management, escalating and mitigating early.
• Protect delivery against uncontrolled scope changes and coordinate closely with product, engineering, architecture, SAP, integration, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Promote delivery predictability through transparent planning and proactive issue management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross‑functional IT programs.
• Strong program execution mindset with the ability to manage platform, application, and enterprise integration layers.
• Excellent coordination skills across product, engineering, architecture, SAP, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to enforce disciplined execution plans and prevent feature creep.
