Project Manager & Upseller

About the role

The company is seeking a skilled Project Manager & Upseller to lead client projects, coordinate internal teams, and drive additional business through upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Handle Fiverr inquiries, proposals, quotations, and orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify upselling opportunities and convert them into additional business.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Fiverr and international clients.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in upselling, client handling, and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a software house or digital agency is preferred.
