Project Outreach and Events Analyst

About the role

The Project Outreach and Events Analyst will support the UNDP Rule of Law Programme in Pakistan by planning and coordinating outreach, visibility, stakeholder engagement and events. The role focuses on communicating programme objectives, activities and results to diverse audiences while ensuring gender‑responsive and inclusive approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain outreach, visibility and events plans, and coordinate an annual calendar of activities.
• Identify and map stakeholder groups, tailoring outreach approaches for justice and security institutions, civil society, legal professionals, academia, media and communities.
• Plan and organise consultations, policy dialogues, conferences, workshops, roundtables and knowledge‑sharing sessions, including defining objectives, agendas, speakers and expected outcomes.
• Prepare event‑related materials such as concept notes, agendas, invitations, talking points and visibility products.
• Document programme achievements, lessons learned and good practices, and support systematic dissemination of results.

Required profile

• Experience in programme outreach, event coordination or communications within development or governance contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders and promote inclusive, gender‑responsive communication.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing outreach and visibility materials (e.g., concept notes, agendas, briefing documents).
• Ability to coordinate multi‑stakeholder events and manage event logistics.
