Project Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Project Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day activities of our real‑estate construction projects in Karachi. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on planning, resource coordination, progress monitoring and ensuring quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, allocate resources and track milestones.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, external vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare status reports, keep project documentation up to date and support budget tracking.
• Monitor deliverables for quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Guide team members, promote effective communication and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project supervision or coordination, managing timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project management and tracking platforms.
