Property Advisor – Residential & Commercial Sales

About the role

IMARAT is seeking a Property Advisor to join its Karachi office on Shahra e Faisal. The role focuses on managing and promoting both residential and commercial properties while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and promote residential and commercial property listings, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information.
• Conduct property viewings, respond promptly to client inquiries, and guide prospects through the selection process.
• Support sales activities by identifying client needs, presenting suitable options, negotiating terms, and assisting in closing transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and real‑estate regulations to advise clients effectively.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential real‑estate markets.
• Proven sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, with strong local market awareness and familiarity with real‑estate regulations.
• Proficiency in basic office software and property‑management tools; prior real‑estate experience is an advantage.
