Property Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Property Management Specialist who blends hospitality with rigorous asset management. You will act as the primary liaison for property owners and tenants, ensuring exceptional experiences while protecting and growing property value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end operations for short‑term vacation rentals and long‑term lease portfolios.
• Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, dispatch vendors, track work orders, and ensure quality control.
• Handle guest communications across multiple OTA platforms, provide check‑in instructions, and resolve on‑site issues.
• Process rent collections, monitor accounts receivable, and prepare monthly financial reports for owners.
• Administer lease agreements, conduct renewals, and oversee tenant onboarding.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in residential property management, short‑term rentals, or real‑estate administration.
• Proven track record in tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, Finance or related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, RMP) or state real‑estate license are a plus.

• Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for communications.
