Public Relations Manager – Pakistan

About the role

Binance is seeking a PR Manager to lead public relations and communications in Pakistan, aligning with regional and global priorities. You will shape the narrative for product launches, partnerships and corporate announcements, enhancing Binance’s reputation in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the PR and communications strategy for Pakistan.
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities to strengthen Binance’s visibility and positioning.
• Create communications plans for product launches, campaigns, partnerships and corporate announcements.
• Manage communications projects from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholder coordination and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters and other media stakeholders across Pakistan.
• Draft press releases, media statements, talking points, Q&As, briefing documents and executive messaging.
• Collaborate with Pakistan leadership, Marketing, Business and other functions to align communications priorities.
• Manage communications agencies and external partners, overseeing deliverables and performance.
• Support regional PR initiatives, including press material drafting, event support and media outreach.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications or media relations.
• Strong professional network with journalists and media organisations in Pakistan.
• Proven ability to develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience handling senior‑executive media engagements and crisis situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and work across functions and cultures.
• Previous experience in technology, fintech, financial services or digital‑asset sectors.
