Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Sperton, an international recruitment and workforce solutions company, is looking for a Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator to identify and coordinate public-sector tender opportunities across Europe. The role covers the process from opportunity research to bid submission, working with management, country teams and international stakeholders. It is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor European procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.
• Review requirements, eligibility, deadlines and commercial potential, and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Coordinate bid preparation, including proposals, documentation and pricing.
• Manage submissions, clarifications, deadlines and tender documentation.
• Track results and use AI and digital tools to improve research, analysis and future bids.

Required profile

• Experience in tenders/bids, proposal writing, research, business writing or project coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and international stakeholders.
• Experience with EU public procurement or portals such as TED, Mercell or EU-Supply is a plus, but not required.
