Purchase Coordinator

About the role

The Purchase Coordinator will support Max Trading by managing purchase activities, maintaining accurate records, processing relevant documents, and ensuring timely follow‑up with all internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update purchase‑related data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, delivery information and other documents in the company’s systems, flagging any discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, Warehouse and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of purchase activities.
• Follow up with suppliers and external partners regarding orders, deliveries, documentation and payments.
• Maintain proper records of purchase transactions and provide regular status updates and reports.
• Ensure timely collection, submission and processing of purchase‑related documentation required by relevant departments.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchase coordination activities.

Required profile

• Based in Lahore, Pakistan.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Accounts, Purchase, Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Accounts background preferred with good understanding of invoices, payments and financial documentation.
• Strong data‑entry and data‑management skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of purchase and supply‑chain processes.
• Proficient computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
