Pursuit Designer

About the role

EY is looking for a Pursuit Designer to join its Karachi team. The role supports Pursuit teams by creating visual strategies, designing client‑facing materials and managing content development for strategic opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative cover art, charts, graphs and packaging that align with the pursuit’s theme and the client’s business context.
• Create layouts using EY Visual Identity, ensuring strong typography, colour, imagery and readability.
• Participate in kick‑off, debrief and oral preparation meetings, presenting design concepts that support the overall pursuit narrative.
• Partner with pursuit teams to deliver full‑service business development coverage for high‑value pursuits.
• Coach partners and pursuit teams on design innovation and strategic messaging.
• Maintain relationships with Knowledge, Sectors, Service Lines and BMC to ensure consistent design standards.
• Capture win/loss insights and feed them back to improve pursuit processes.
• Lead training sessions, supervise design teams and update pipeline reports as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing.
• Ability to work agilely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams and delivering training.
• Familiarity with EY’s products and services is beneficial.
