QA Automation Engineer (Mobile, Web & Performance Testing)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands‑on experience in both web and mobile testing. The role focuses on building robust automation frameworks, executing functional and performance tests, and ensuring application stability across devices and browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and API testing.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, and volume testing for applications and APIs.
• Analyze system performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Identify, report, track, and verify bugs and issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA team members, and project managers.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and release testing activities.
• Improve automation coverage and optimize testing processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Selenium and/or Cypress.
• Experience in web and mobile automation testing.
• Familiarity with load, stress, volume, and performance testing.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience with bug‑tracking and project‑management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Git/version control systems.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
