Quality Associate

About the role

As a Quality Associate at GfK, you will support the delivery of high‑quality consumer intelligence data by performing quality control tasks and ensuring compliance with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute low to medium complexity quality control tasks under supervision.
• Set accurate QC ratings that serve as benchmarks for further analysis.
• Maintain compliance with the MI OPS global quality framework.
• Identify, document and report quality issues, inconsistencies, or process gaps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time with high accuracy.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and teamwork.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities to assess data and pinpoint root causes.
• Sound judgment when handling ambiguous or complex situations.
• Product knowledge in a limited set of product groups.
• Bachelor’s degree.
