Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (Voice AI)

About the role

Entropik Labs is hiring a QA automation engineer to own quality for its AI‑powered products across mobile, web, APIs and backend services. The role spans designing test strategies, automating workflows, validating releases and handling production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, regression suites and automated test suites for mobile apps, APIs, backend services and web applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, run them on every change and monitor test results.
• Validate new features, bug fixes and releases before shipping and perform L1/L2 support, triaging production alerts and investigating failures.
• Document defects, track them to resolution and produce weekly QA and production quality reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software testing experience in a professional release cycle, both manual and automated.
• Strong understanding of QA methodology, test lifecycle and ability to decide what to automate.
• Excellent written communication and confidence to hold a release based on evidence.

Required skills

• Testing REST APIs with Postman, Swagger or Insomnia.
• Automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Pytest, Robot Framework or Katalon.
• Issue trackers like Jira, ClickUp or Azure DevOps.
• SQL for database verification.
• Linux command line and Docker.
• Production monitoring tools (metrics, dashboards, log search, synthetic checks).
