Quality Assurance Coordinator – Non‑Telco Tech

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will oversee field operations for assigned network grids, ensuring that both telco and non‑telco equipment meet defined quality standards. The role involves planning and executing site audits, reporting results, and driving corrective actions with vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day field operations for designated grids.
• Coordinate with the MS vendor’s grid and cluster teams for routine tasks.
• Develop and implement audit plans based on established criteria.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and submit KPI scores to the team lead or manager.
• Track and follow up on identified snags, working with vendors to resolve issues.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed within SLA limits.
• Verify that telco and non‑telco maintenance activities comply with standards.
• Audit specialized projects executed by the MS vendor.
• Liaise with CMPak commercial and technical teams to address network‑related complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, B.Tech, B.Sc or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field quality assurance or network operations.
• Strong communication abilities to interact with vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with BSS telco and non‑telco equipment maintenance.
