Quality Assurance Executive – R&D

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Research & Development team at ReckittHome. In this role you will help ensure the highest standards of quality across our trusted product portfolio, driving activities from concept through to execution and fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new products while maintaining compliance with GMP standards.
• Lead quality‑related projects, identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional R&D, engineering and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience working in an R&D environment and familiarity with GMP regulations.
• Strong project‑management background with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Independent, self‑starting attitude with resilience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to lead, motivate teams and challenge the status‑quo for better results.
