Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

AM Apparel is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead its QC department across the entire Cut‑to‑Pack process. You will be responsible for ensuring that every garment meets both customer expectations and internal quality standards, from fabric inspection to final packing.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, and manage a high‑performing QC team.
• Oversee quality control throughout the Cut‑to‑Pack workflow, identifying critical control points.
• Supervise sampling to guarantee accurate, approved samples for customers.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve QC reporting systems and documentation.
• Apply current international quality standards and systems used in the garment industry.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading a QC department in garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience with knitted (knits) fabrics in a managerial capacity.
• Deep technical knowledge of garment quality factors and end‑to‑end QC procedures.
• Ability to work independently with a thorough understanding of Cut‑to‑Pack processes.
• Familiarity with recent international quality systems and standards.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical reporting skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or related training; hands‑on experience with 100% polyester garments.
