Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Nysonian is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to own and continuously improve the quality of its internal technology ecosystem, which supports critical business functions such as warehouse operations, inventory, finance, and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall QA strategy, release‑quality process, test plans, and acceptance criteria for ERP, CRM, WMS, dashboards, and automation workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, API, database, and end‑to‑end testing across the full stack, including front‑end behavior, back‑end business logic, APIs, data transformations, and user permissions.
• Validate data accuracy between source systems and internal applications, and reconcile outputs for financial, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Build and maintain regression suites for business‑critical workflows, identify edge cases, and document defects with severity classifications.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, data, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues and provide visibility into system quality and release readiness.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software QA experience, including leadership of QA processes or teams.
• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and automated testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Ability to investigate database discrepancies independently and design structured test cases and plans.
