Quality Performance Manager

About the role

The Quality Performance Manager is responsible for driving quality performance across multiple categories worldwide. This role provides actionable insights to Category Quality teams, end‑markets and factories, tracks loss‑elimination initiatives and ensures the integrity of global quality KPIs and reporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting, analysis and release of Group/Global Quality KPIs in the Global Quality Performance Enabler (GQPE) system.
• Maintain data integrity across GQPE, PSI, QI/SQI and SharePoint repositories, managing access and governance.
• Administer reporting tools for Product Safety & Health Incidents (PS&HI) and support their continuous improvement.
• Prepare Draft Technical Summary Reports (TSR) for incident classifications and liaise with multidisciplinary teams for legal submission.
• Ensure timely PS&HI reporting, compile presentations for QIF, GOLT and quarterly updates.
• Track implementation of RCA/CAPA actions for global top losses, providing visibility and escalation as needed.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations across global teams and factories.
