About the role
AS Estimation & Consultants is looking for an experienced Quantity Estimator to join its growing estimating team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, construction cost estimates and tender documentation for residential, commercial and civil projects. The position is based in Lahore, Punjab, on a full-time basis with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs
- Review architectural and engineering drawings
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Analyse material and labour costs
- Assist with tender submissions
- Coordinate with project stakeholders
Required profile
- Previous estimating experience (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Required skills
- Knowledge of estimating software
