Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer - L2

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer (Level 2) to join a leading telecom operator managing large‑scale mobile networks. The role focuses on analysing network performance, resolving issues, and implementing optimisation actions to ensure high KPI targets and stable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve network issues to improve key performance indicators and maintain stability.
• Perform RF optimisation for GSM, UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) networks.
• Execute event‑based optimisation and performance assurance activities.
• Utilise BO/BI, MO Shell and ENM tools for data analysis, reporting and decision making.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity and overall network quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
• 5‑6 years of hands‑on experience in RF optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas and network functionalities.
• Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.
