R&D Assistant

About the role

As an R&D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will work in a fast‑paced environment alongside expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. You will support technical dossier management, analytical lab compliance and contribute to formulation projects for gastrointestinal products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage technical documents for regulatory licence variations, ensuring scientific accuracy and market compliance.
• Conduct analytical chemistry testing, process data and generate reports for global product stability studies.
• Engage in formulation activities and raw material management, supporting R&D project success.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive global R&D initiatives.
• Communicate with line manager and manage stakeholder relationships across global R&D sites.

Required profile

• Ability to manage projects of varying size with diligence and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, providing advice and best‑practice guidance.
• Aptitude for innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial attitude within scientific realms.
• Experience working under pressure, prioritising quality while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates is a bonus.
