R&D Assistant – Product Development & Regulatory Support

About the role

We are looking for an R&D Assistant to join Reckitt’s Research & Development team. In this fast‑paced position you will support scientists in ensuring product safety, efficacy and regulatory compliance across our global portfolio, with a focus on gastrointestinal products.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical dossiers for regulatory licence variations, ensuring scientific accuracy.
• Perform analytical chemistry testing, process data and generate reports for product stability studies worldwide.
• Support formulation activities and manage raw material inventories for R&D projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive global R&D initiatives.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholder relationships across global R&D sites.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge in sourcing, screening and selecting candidates is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage small and large projects with diligence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide advice and best‑practice guidance.
• Innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude in scientific environments.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize quality and meet deadlines.
