Real Estate Consultant – Investment & Acquisition

About the role

IK Group of Companies is expanding its real estate investment and development activities in Pakistan and seeks two ambitious, well‑connected Real Estate Consultants for its Lahore office. The consultants will work directly with senior management on property transactions, investor relationships and new development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential property investors, build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and investment groups, present opportunities and negotiate deals (Investment Consultant).
• Source land, plots and properties with strong investment potential, build relationships with owners, agents and developers, conduct market research and negotiate acquisition prices (Acquisition Consultant).

Required profile

• Previous experience in Pakistan’s real estate market, especially Lahore.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Lahore’s property market.
• Existing connections with investors, property owners or real estate agents (highly desirable).
