Real Estate Sales Associate

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Associate is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Rawalpindi, responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting property tours, and guiding clients through buying and selling processes for luxury developments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage sales leads and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Conduct property tours and provide professional guidance throughout the transaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of available inventory and prepare sales proposals.
• Support clients with documentation, closing procedures, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote projects and participate in events and showings.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in real estate, preferably luxury or high‑end developments.
• Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one according to local regulations.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent customer service focus and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree is beneficial.
