About the role

Luxur Properties is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales & Business Development Executive to drive property sales and expand our client base in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new property buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Contact and follow up with potential clients to understand their requirements and budgets.
• Present suitable property opportunities and arrange meetings and site visits.
• Convert prospects into successful clients and build referral networks.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and achieve sales and acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, sales and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in customer dealing, lead generation and follow‑up.
• Ability to build relationships and meet targets.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with WhatsApp.
• Professional, confident and target‑oriented attitude.
• Real estate or sales experience is an advantage; fresh candidates with high potential are welcome.
