About the role
We are seeking energetic and confident sales agents to join our dynamic real estate sales team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a rewarding career in property sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company projects.
- Generate leads, follow up, and schedule site visits.
- Maintain call logs, databases, and lead sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospects through professional communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- CRM entry experience.
