About the role

Hashmi Realty Group is seeking motivated individuals to join its sales force as Realty Executives at the trainee level. This full‑time position offers a structured career path from probationary to permanent and experienced levels, with compensation tied to revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads for high‑rise and land projects.
• Convert leads into closed sales, meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications for all investors and buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and investors.
• Adhere to strict attendance, punctuality, and corporate operational protocols.
